Work

I am trained in Reiki and have spent my recent years massaging across North West London. My work brings these two modalities together, using energy awareness to guide hands-on bodywork.As I am attuned in Reiki, I can sense vibrations. I find this is intuitively important before I work with a client. Before our session starts I will conduct a full body assessment including past injuries, medical status and any niggling aches and pains. The body doesn't just hold on to physical pain - it can hold on to energy too. If these are not displaced, these can manifest as pain.My aim is to align your chakras and through massage, create a space that pushes through any resistance to find an oasis of restoration and comfort.

I love dance, sports and connecting to community through music and festivities. I’m always drawn to good conversations and expanding my knowledge. I have a synergy with anything that is thought provoking - be it movies, music, or a buzzer beater shot to win the game.
